Is Japanese Daily free?
Yes, it is free to start. All Hiragana and Katakana practice is free, and you can begin the lessons for free too — the opening lessons come with every study mode and every challenge. Premium then unlocks all 50 lessons and removes ads, as a subscription or a one-time purchase.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. All vocabulary, kana tables and audio are bundled with the app, so you can study offline on a plane, a train, or anywhere else.
What languages are supported?
Vocabulary and the app's own interface are both available in 19 languages, from English and Spanish to Vietnamese, Hindi and Korean — pick whichever you think in.
Is this based on a real textbook?
