If you do not agree, do not use the App. License • We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Subscriptions and purchases • The App offers a Premium upgrade: auto-renewable subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. • Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings after purchase. • Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and unused portions are not refunded. • Lessons 1–5 are free; other lessons and ad removal require Premium. Acceptable use • Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the App or its content. Content • Vocabulary and audio are provided for personal study. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Disclaimer • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Changes • We may update these Terms; continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
